Chun-Yao Second Dormitory, NHRI
The NHRI has entered a contract with a brand-new apartment building (Chun-Yao Building) owner to provide
the 9th floor as the NHRI Second Dormitory starting November 2006.
- The Chun-Yao Building is located in Toufen Downtown, within 10 minutes drive from the NHRI Zhunan Campus. The Building consists of 11 stories, and 2 stories of basement for parking. It provides facilities such SPA, table tennis, gym room, and a small swimming pool. For everyday use, it also provides washing machines and dryers on the 12th floor.
- The address of the Chun-Yao Building is 216, Tse-Chang Road, Toufen, Miaoli County.
- The NHRI has booked 28 Single/Twin and Small Family Units of the 9th floor of the Chun-Yao Building. It's vicinity is convenient and handy. To facilite our commuters, short distance shuttle bus service from NHRI Campus to this Second Dormitory is available for free.
- Room rates of the Second Dormitory:
- NT$6,000 for Single/Twin Unit. (NHRI Subsidizes 1,500 per NHRI employee)
- NT$6,000 for Small Family Unit. (NHRI Subsidizes 1,500 per NHRI employee)
- Please note that the NHRI subsidizes each resident in the Single/Twin/Small Family Unit with NT$1,500 in this Second Dormitory starting also November 2006. For applying the subsidy, please make a copy of your rental contract and contact the General Affairs Office, Department of Administration.
